We added a new piece of home equipment to the mix and it’s an incredibly versatile pullup and dip unit unlike anything else I’ve ever used. You’re gonna love it!

Set that GymBoss Timer to 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds worth of rest.

As always, choose a weight that you can handle for the duration of the 40 seconds. The objective is to keep the muscles challenged, but not to burn out before you’ve reached that 40 second mark!
