does anybody know where i could get a cheap yet effective weight loss supplement?

i am not obese or even overweight, but i do want to lose some weight. im an athletic 18 year old girl and diet and excercise does not work! well not for me. Anyways, are there any supplements that are safe that u can buy at walgreens, rite aid, or any of those?
i only want to lose weight, not gain muscle

There really are no magic pills out there to help lose weight. Hydroxycut will speed up metabolism, and help suppress your hunger.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

good weight loss workout?

Does anyone know a good weight loss workout that even I can do? I really need to lse 15 pounds.

For fast results try to incorporate high fiber, high protein foods in your diet (kashi golean cereal great example) along with the right ammounts of fats (30% of your calories) and a decent ammount of complex carbohydrates. This will help speed metabolism which will help you burn fat and gain muscle. For exercises try to mix it up a little. Maybe on tuesdays and thursdays 2 mile jog or other cardio and on wednesdays mondays and fridays do weight lifting/ swimming…etc. This would help with optimal health as well as helping you lose weight in a healthy manner and NOT gain it back! If you follow this you can defenitly lose 15 lbs but keep calories to around 1500-1800. Good luck!

Any suggestions on good exercise videos for pregnant women?

Hi everyone! I am 9 weeks pregnant tomorrow and am trying to maintain an exercise program throughout my pregnancy. Does anyone have any suggestions on good exercise videos I could look into? I regularly go to the gym, mostly do cardio, but am open to pilates/yoga, cardio, and toning programs. Any suggestions are appreciated. i would suggest yoga in pregnancy its gentle and safe and very relaxing its good also to help prepare your body for pregnancy and the birth.
i wouldn’t start to do exercise if your body’s not use to it.
