Today’s Burst Bout workout is awesome…a muscle toning and fat burning barrage.

We added a new piece of home equipment to the mix and it’s an incredibly versatile pullup and dip unit unlike anything else I’ve ever used. You’re gonna love it!

Set that GymBoss Timer to 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds worth of rest.

As always, choose a weight that you can handle for the duration of the 40 seconds. The objective is to keep the muscles challenged, but not to burn out before you’ve reached that 40 second mark!

What is a recommended post-workout/weight loss supplement, shake, or drink?

I’m a 22 year old female looking to refuel my body after a good workout, but still trying to lose weight. Supplements don’t always settle with me very well and taste is key too, I have a light stomach.

I currently will drink roughly 25g of some mediocre whey protein post work out follow by food.You dont need any kind of supplements other then a good Multivitamin. Trust me i worked at GNC for a long time.Pre work outs and thermogenics( weight loss pills) they will be effective i cant knock that but your just going to develop a pyschological dependancy on that stuff fuck that.and chances are youre probably using that magic pill in combination with shitty eating habbits thats keeping you from your target weight without whatever the supplement is. I think it might be a good idea to focus on nutrition at this point.Im just now getting on eating right.it sucks dick but that what it takes to get to that dream body. ask any legit trainer its how you eat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_QruxwdEXw this guy has it together with the fruits and vegs.im not going to be all extreme like him but im learning what i can use from him. hes got lots of vids.
