get a book on vegetarianism

		<description>Milkshakes are a great way to ingest calories.  I don&#039;t think there are that many religions that require vegetarianism, however.  Maybe you should go talk to your religious authorities and see if you can adjust your diet.  Most muslims can eat Kosher meat, etc.
