Gain Weight? I am 14 years old,95 pounds,male and I am a vegetarian(religion so don’t say eat meat..) So how can i gain weight.I don’t want some usual stuff like eating nuts or butter or something like that.I want more things than that that i could DRINK or EAT or even do to gain weight.
So will just drinking vegetable oil or something work?
The best way to gain weight, is to gain muscle mass. Try working out cardio, or at a gym. That way it will bulk up your muscles, which in return will add up your weight!
Man, I am so jealous of you. I wouldn’t eat meat if I had the choice, but it’s just so convenient in our society!
Milkshakes are a great way to ingest calories. I don’t think there are that many religions that require vegetarianism, however. Maybe you should go talk to your religious authorities and see if you can adjust your diet. Most muslims can eat Kosher meat, etc.
You are about to hit your biggest growth spurt of your life. Don’t shortchange your nutrients by not getting enough protein. References :
Weight comes from extra nutrients. The best way to gain it is through good fats. T ry eating things that contain peanuts, chickpeas, beans, and brown rice. You can also try protein shakes. Cooking with different types of oils and leaving a little but on your food for flavoring is another good way to gain too. Fruit juice adds calories. It is also good for adding weight. References :

Make milkshakes from ice cream, whole milk, peanut butter, and flavored weight gain protein powder.
You can find weight gain powder at most health/vitamin stores. Look for words like mass, bulk, and gain on the packaging.

dont’ drink vegetable oil
eat alot of oatmeal
or potato, boil potatos and eat em, eat lots of em everyday
don’t eat oily stuff or fat stuff
you can drink soy milk and juice instead of water
get a book on vegetarianism
or hangout here alot, you’ll figure it out
