Will i look different losing weight the right way then when i starved myself?
i belive part of the reason igained my weight back was because i starved myself the first time i lost weight. i wasnt very muscular, still had alot of fat and such. When i get down to my ideal weight the right way like im doing now, will i look different than when i just starved myself?
For everyone wondering, i am NOT starving myself like i did in the past. i am dieting and exercising, and am losing weight the right way.

dont starve yourself. it isnt healthy and you can gain weight. instead exersize. i like to mostly run! hope this helps!!!

You won’t look as healthy. If you starve yourself you lose your lean muscle mass & you won’t look as good. Your body fat will still be high. Try to do it the healthy way.

yes you will get a different look. first off when you starve yourself you body eats fat then later takes and destroys your muscle tissue. this teaches your metabolism to work slowly so it can savor energy. when you start eating again, you digest slowly. if you do it the right way, eat 6 small healthy meals a day your metabolism will be healthy and you will retain muscle and lose fat.

never ever try to starve yourself of course youll look different when you starv yourself to lose weight youll look unhealthely pale and sick if you lose it healthyly youll look thin and your skin with good tone color

Yes, you will look alot different. Here are the facts:
When you starve yourself your body goes into "starvation mode" you don’t eat and your body converts into eating muscle before eating fat. When you do eat your body stores it as fat. Hense you still had alot of fat, and wasn’t very muscular.
When you exercise and eat right, your body builds on the muscles, and starts burning the fat. If you continue to loose weight the correct way you will look alot more tone, you will have less fat on your body, and you will have a higher metabolism… that doesn’t mean u can eat excessively again, but it means that what you eat will be used as energy alot quicker. On top of all this you will have a good overall sense of well being!

yes u will look different, starving causing muscle decay and some fat loss losing weight the healthy way causes "fat decay" and limits muscle decay as long as u have adequete protien and cals in ur diet (no less than 1400cals i hope)
