@moricestreet909 mmm… I kinda follow different pattern. I take sweet before workout. especially they day I do heavy cardio, I always have high carbs before it. It helps me with energy.

@entertainment033 Well you can do most of my full body weight training exercises and workouts. Stay away from heavy weight if you don’t know what you doing in the gym. But also pop over to my site and I have an article on there about teenagers and how they shoudl train. Just search for teenagers. Good luck!

and i calculated my body Fat
