i warm up with …
i warm up with light jog for 5 minutes then do intervals of 9 seconds at 10.3 mph then rest for 11 secs then repeat 12 times then walk at 3.5mph for 3 minutes then do 8 more intervals the same way..then walk again for few then do 8 more intevals then rest a few mins then do 6 intervals rest again and do 6 more…total 40 times..then walk slow to end the workout………and i have noticed a difference after 10 of these workouts..this works great iv’e only started doing it. it is tough though

DO SOMETHING that CHALLENGES you okay so your body works hard in those small ammounts of time
for instance 1 minute
DO NOT expect any workout to give you result with LOW ammount of pressure.

If humans were so …
If humans were so metabolically inefficient to burn calories while excercing, then the contestant in the biggest loser would lose 10 to 15 lbs a day! Why don’t they?!?! They seem to exercise a lot and have “balance” diet.

If humans were so …
If humans were so metabolically inefficient to burn, lets say 400 calories – seems like a lot, in an hour maybe two of exercise would we have survive as a species. At the rate of calories burn, people would barely have enough metabolic economy to train every day. Not taking into account one’s BMR.
Disregard my non sense, because sometimes I don’t make sense. Good luck with the calorie in calorie out myth.

Losing weight comes …
Losing weight comes primarily through a calorie deficit, i.e. buring more calories than one takes in. This can occur though both diet and exercise, and exercise has the additional benefit or raising one’s metabolism…not to mention the physiological benefit of having a strong respiratory system, etc.
