i tried it and i do feel it in the lower abs

		<description>&lt;b&gt;Actually, sit ups ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Actually, sit ups are what work the hip flexors.  Crunches and leg lifts are pretty much the best ab workouts.  You could also do side presses, bent presses, Saxon side bends, windmills and full contact twists.</description>
