Excercise weight loss workouts plz?
i want to lose wieght in my stomache, hips, and inner thighs.I don’t really know how to workout or what to eat b/c ive never had a weight problem ever! What works best and is the most effective and quick? Also, what are some ways to stop food cravings? I want to lose weight, not gain pounds and pounds of muscle.Thanks! ![]()
You might not believe this, but if you stick to a healthy dietary habits by eating small meals throughout the day like every 3 hours, protein shakes and copious amounts of water you will lose body fat and maintain size. Things like bread and pasta should be kept to a minimum, they are still needed and are good if you need that extra energy to get through a workout. Just don’t over do them! Losing muscle mass occurs when you are on a ‘diet’ that denies your body the nutrients needed to sustain strength. You can also take some of the supplements on this site to help speed up your weight loss.

Hey, I tested this new supplement from http://bulart.freestardiet.info. They have a risk free trial on currently. What it does, is rinse out your colon, there can be as much as 20 pounds in there, and no measure of dieting and working out is going to rid you of it. Give it a try out – I did, and shed 17 pounds LOL!!!

You can lose weight if you use correct way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works fast for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this diet way.
