Gym workouts – weight loss – Curves or Contours – womens gym – Help? :D?
I’m planning on taking up serious weight loss and I’m thinking about joining Curves but I’m not sure if it’s appropriate for me. Is it a kind of gym that assist with large amounts of weight loss or only toning for already slim ladies? Also, do you have to provide your weight or measurements to join because I would not be willing to do that as well. Please let me know of your experience
Just FYI – I also plan of doing other exercise at home – walking or using my cross trainer but I feel like I should do something else as well for toning.. hence Curves.
Please dont’ tell me to go to a normal gym because I really would not feel comfortable doing that at this time.. but maybe in the future.
